Puerto Rican native Eddie “Redskull” Garcia embeds his artwork on human canvasses across the high country. After 14 years in Cullowhee, his wife Kimberly says they can’t go anywhere without seeing customers. Most of them have spent hours in Eddie’s tattoo shop, where they can always find a new art project on the wall to distract them from the exquisite pain of ink injection.
