Tim “Floyd” Head established the Floyd’s Barber Shop following his father’s footsteps. Throughout his 36 years as a barber, he has maintained lifelong connections with his clients. Tim offers “last cuts” at the funeral home for free. Beyond his career as a barber, Tim takes on the role of father and community counselor. This is his reflection on fatherhood, family, and the community he continues to build up–one haircut at a time.
