Training whitewater enthusiast of all levels, from beginning kayakers sliding into a wetsuit for the first time to advanced rafters looking for an exciting trip down the class 4-B rapids of the Cheoah River, The Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC) is known for its world-class paddling instruction. World champion kayaker Eli Hubberd and rafting guide Charlie Dixson wait on Sunday April 15, as a team of guest rafters and training guides get ready on the banks of the newly released Cheoah River.
